Flomaton Speedway and the McCall Family welcomed its newest member into the world just a few days ago. Pictured here with older brother Landon is Freddie Wayne McCall IV. The healthy baby boy made his apperance on January 27 and weighed in at 7 pounds 11.8 ounces and measured 18.5 inches long. His parents are Freddie Wayne McCall III (Bo) and Ashley McCall of Flomaton, Al.
Freddie McCall Sr. and the gang are getting set for another exciting year of racing at the historic Flomaton Speedway. The best drivers in the area will converge on the high banked 1/4 mile dirt oval on April 7 for the first night, of what is expected to be one of the biggest years of racing in the tracks history. Known for its close quarter racing and well prepared track surfaces, track managment is expecting to set record numbers in attendance not only in the stands but in the pit area as well.
The stage is set for another spectacular season at Flomaton Speedway and it all kicks off Sat. April 7!
Open practice for all cars is set for Sat. March 31. More details regarding the practice will be posted soon as well as information on pit stall sales and point fund details.

Flomaton Speedway is excited to announce that it will be developing a new class of racing in 2012. Open-wheel modifieds that are powered by GM's 602 crate engine. A much more economical way to race is the idea that the new class is centered around. The cost of a brand new 602 crate engine is about $3500 and the durability is second to none. It is going to be an exciting year at Flomaton Speedway, so guys drop those high dollar problem prone powerplants, get some durability under the hood and lets go racin!
